On their third anniversary, Ilona gets Thomas a ‘special’ present – a meeting with an Apprev. consultant, to have his Mandatory Vasectomy reversed. Thomas soon realises that getting an Approved Reversal (Apprev.) is not going to be easy, and just how little control he has over his own body.
Director Statement
Apprev. is timely. With some jurisdictions trying to pass laws such as the death penalty for anyone involved in performing an abortion, we felt that it was time to take a step back and highlight just what was being legislated.
We’re sick of it.
The subject matter is strong. Unfortunately, it is still divisive. We are wiling to stand up and be counted.
